fantastic first experience. i was greeted with a smile and a water the minute they opened. great hours, mike was very professional and helpful. great service in and out with great products. was there 20 minutes never wasted a second of time. did a oil change and new wipers! fantastic and cheaper and better quality than rainX wipers i am impressed. A+ company will only do business here when it come to oil changes and routine car maintenance.

Overall, the experience was good, but a few details brought it down to a 3-star visit. The service itself was completed properly, and the pricing was very affordable, which I appreciated. However, customer experience matters just as much as the work performed. The service advisor was acceptable, but seemed disengaged and could have been more upbeat and welcoming. During check-in, my vehicle door was bumped against a metal desk. Fortunately there was no damage, but an acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way. I was also expecting a more polished and professional appearance from the staff. In a competitive automotive service market, neat uniforms and strong presentation help build confidence. Sloppy hoodies and vaping inside the building, especially in front of customers, did not create the best impression. When the service was completed, a few important details were missed. I was not asked whether my vehicle had a service reminder system that needed to be reset, which it does since it is a 2025 model. I ended up handling that myself. I was also not asked what mileage I wanted for the window reminder sticker, and it was set to 3,000 miles. My vehicle uses full synthetic oil with 5,000-mile intervals, so that should have been confirmed. Overall, the experience was acceptable and the value was strong, but I expected more attention to detail and professionalism from a newer automotive service center. I would likely return because of the pricing, but there is definitely room for improvement.

After sitting in line for 35 minutes at Valvoline they informed me that they were out of oil. Being turned away with no oil change from a company that makes oil but is out of it was baffled in the end. My $80k truck past due by 3000 miles of its first oil change I was really in a spot, I saw this new place take 5 and pulled in. I was greeted with smiles and bottles of water for everyone! We were guided in the shop and the magic started, one man after another smoothly moving in coordination with another. Effectively communicating with each other for a expert experience. We were out it 15 minutes with a very high quality service that meet our urgent needs. We are very busy people and don't have time to wait. These men took that note and stepped into action. My 3500 black ram is very happy now! Will definitely return...

I received a 50% discount last time I was here for an oil change and I misplaced the coupon. Luckily Mike took care of me and found my discount. I'm a happy customer! Mike is awesome! Great manager

Super friendly. Went out of their way to find the correct filter for my car. I will definitely be going back for all future oil changes.
