Bill and his colleague worked with me to help solve an issue with a custom lug nut lock on my Jeep to allow for a mandatory NYS inspection. I was not charged extra for their extra effort. I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive old timey repair & service shop experience.

I have been going to Sun Auto for ages. I'm a single senior and rely on Billy's expert advice. He doesn't try to sell me on repairs that I don't need like other mechanics in the past. I trust him. His prices are fair. He and his staff are very nice people. One time I drove over a deep hole which damaged something under my car that dragged along the rode very loudly. I panicked. I slowly drove to Billy's and he comforted me. Examined the damage and told me exactly what was wrong and detailed what I needed to do through a body shop meanwhile securing the damage so I could drive my car. I depend on Billy for all of my car needs. God bless, Billy.

My initial experience was excellent. I drove in with a low air pressure indicator with one of my tires. The attendant checked all four and made sure all the tires were at the appropriate settings according to the manufacturer. I'm definitely taking my car there for an oil change this week.

You won't find a more honest, genuine, polite , caring guy around. first came roughly 10-12 years ago, and other than the actual dealership he's the only one I've trusted since he's the best and I don't know how he doesn't have way more reviews...
