Absolutely seamless experience! Caylee was honest and upfront with what needed to be done. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. Not only was the repair done right, but on top of that the vehicle was washed and tires dressed. That’s first class service! Would highly recommend!!

Caylee is fantastic—she stays on top of every detail, from coordinating calls and handling paperwork to making sure everything is ready when you arrive. They even take care of contacting the rental car company, managing supplemental repairs, and working with the insurance company for approvals, which takes a huge load off your shoulders. Their customer service is excellent, and I really appreciated the daily text updates keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. (they even helped me get an oil change at Kurt's Garage next door) Most importantly, their focus is on high-quality work—and it shows. The finished repair looks great.
