Never been there myself, I live outside the area, but these folks have taken care may parents cars and now just my Mom's car for a very long time, dealing with all sorts of goofy little problems that pop up with a Prius that doesn't get driven as much as it should. I'd love to be able to help her more, but it's great to know when I can't get there, these folks are there for her. They have bent over backwards to help her out, SO many times, and given solid, reliable service, advice, etc. I cannot think them enough, or recommend them highly enough to anyone in the Webster area. The only place we go and trust, awesome service using only quality parts. Many things that needed to be that done this time at 120,000 miles, and not surprised, and total price was very reasonable and was surprised that it was not more! A dash light came on indicating a transmission problem. It was a Friday, but when I called Ron's they got me right in, replaced the switch causing the problem, and let me enjoy a worry-free weekend. I drive from the city to Webster to go to Ron's and have been for years, and I can't imagine switching to someplace closer. They're that good.
