I had a great experience buying a 2014 Tacoma from Bill. Very good on communication and availability. Extremely fair pricing and no nonsense - you can tell he wants everyone to have a great experience! Update after 3 months owning the truck: I ran into some issues, needing a new alternator and exhaust system within a couple of months, among a couple other quirks. Bill was extremely empathetic and understanding and helped me cover the work from afar. Would have great confidence buying another vehicle from him knowing he stands by the quality of his sales and has great customer service.

I had uber come to imports in Webster for the appointment with Bill bcuz my Honda civic was in the shop. Bill was nice enough to give me a ride home! I didn’t have to use uber!
