THANK YOU REDI IMPORTS FOR THE SUPER PAINFUL INSTALL ON SOME PARTS ON MY CAR!! By no means was I ready to tackle this myself and they did incredible and honestly very efficiently installed the stuff. Cost was a little bit more then anticipated but everything is great on the car :) Highly recommend them if you need not only maintenance on your import vehicles but even aftermarket part install as well :)

Redi Imports was able to get me in for a carbon cleaning within less than a week of calling, and I had my car back within 36 hours! Sarah was wonderful to work with (Sent me a detailed quote before the service!) and Ryan went above and beyond checking additional functions of my car and let me know what maintenance i should pursue next. Found our new auto service center! This was the first time we'd ever used Redi Imports Webster, but we had an excellent experience. Ryan was fair, honest, and explained everything in detail. He gave us options and gave the pros and cons of each option so we could make the decision that worked best for us. The work was high quality, professional and the service was friendly. We'll be back for all our auto service needs- no need to go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service. Always answer the phone, went out of there way to today to fix a flat tire….. very knowledgeable and amazing to speak with! Also had my oil Change done and they were done faster then expected and went out of there way to fill all the fluids as well!!! Thanks again!!

I have been a customer at Redi Imports as an auto repair shop for over four years since moving to the area. They have always been great to work with! Excellent quality of work, fair price/accurate estimates, and they consider your scheduling needs to get repairs done in a timely manner. They also do a great job of letting you know how important something is to be repaired (including how much time you can wait to have it repaired) and are not trying to upsell you. Easily five out of five stars, and a place I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
