Jiffy Lube Oil Change

For fair pricing, convenience and speed this location is great. However, there was a small issue that I didn't notice at checkout. I am certain the friendly staff would have corrected this, had I known/brought it up before leaving. The oil change includes some check ups as well. The form provided stated they checked my tire air pressure and it was 32, unfortunately after I pulled out I noticed my PSI was in the 20's. Had I done a quick verification before departing I would have caught this, so I'm partly responsible. Anyway, I will probably return because of the speed, convenience and kind staff. I'll simply take a moment to verify the findings at check out.

The Team at the Webster Jiffy Lube is fantastic. I had an issue with my vehicle and stopped in without an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and the issue was fixed so I was safely back on the road again. Every Team Memeber I interacted with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it came to my issue. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for service beyond just oil changes.

This is my go to for everything with my car. Not just oil changes. I drive a Cadillac and am a single woman which makes me cautious about being taken advantage of. I never have to worry when I come here they are always fair and educate me on what I do and more importantly don’t need done. Dan is a great guy.
