Gerber Collision & Glass

Someone hit my car and this was State Farms pick for me to get it repaired. They did a great job on the repairs. Their customer service was stellar. Communication with spot on they texted every couple days and called me when they needed to. All in all it was a great experience and my car looks amazing!

Save yourself some frustration and do not take your car here. I took my car here (state farm reccomendation) to have both passenger doors replaced after a collision. When I got my car back from them I noticed several glaring issues: My sunglasses holder had been broken and reattatched with hot glue (I am 100% serious, picture attatched). Even though this is located nowhere near my doors that were being replaced, the general manager of the store apologized and said to me that they "had to break it off to fix the door". There was also spraypaint residue all over the front interior of the vehicle, even staining several areas. On top of this there was a large indentation on the leather interior of my passenger door which would not come out. I had to take my car back at least 3 times after the initial operation to have them replace the sunglasses holder, deep clean my interior and attempt to fix the indentation. While most of the staff were friendly, I did not appreciate the general manager bullshitting me about the sunglasses holder nor the rushed half-assed job of the mechanics who operated on my vehicle. I had this done over the winter and was not initially going to leave a negative review but I cannot stop thinking about how frustratingly awful of an experience I had here and felt the 4.5 stars on google was a terrible representation of Gerber Collision in Webster. Do not do business here.

Be very careful of this shop. After months of hassle and going back and forth, I am currently left with a vehicle in worse condition than when it was originally dropped off with them. I took my truck to this collision shop after it was reccomended by insurance that I use one of their network shops for a smooth process. The first time around, I picked my truck up and there were electrical features of the vehicle that were not working as well as problems with the quality of the body work that was done. I made the mistake of taking my truck back to this same shop to fix. After not being able to diagnose the issue it was taken to a dealer where they found broken wires directly behind the area the most extensive work was done to repair the vehicle. Although there are obvious signs of a wire being stretched and snapping in the middle, they will not repair this! I am being told this wire corroded through the insulation when there are obvious signs of the wire being stretched and snapping first, then corrosion coming as a result of sitting for so long. No one wants to take accountability for this and it is currently all on me to repair damages done by this shop. This is something that happend in February, and it is now July and the problem still has not been resolved.

I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya

I was rear ended by another car who had their insurance through Progressive. Progressive told me they could set me up with a nearby shop to fix the dent in my car and set me up with Gerber Collision. I could not have been happier with the entire process. Gerber worked directly with both Progressive and a nearby car rental (Enterprise) to make this an absolutely painless experience for me-- Progressive, Gerber and Enterprise communicated seamlessly and kept me in the loop along the way. They fixed my car to the point where you would have no idea there was ever a dent to the back end and everyone we interfaced with in the office was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Highly recommend.
