I had a great experience with Andy as my sales person and buying a new Crosstrek. He was very attentive through the whole process. Some other dealerships barely communicate but Andy was always very responsive and willing to let me drive multiple cars!

The tech had his job cut out for him when I had to have a new bearing in a rear wheel on my 2016 Outback. After a whole lot of work, they were able to remove the rusted on bearing and replaced it with a factory part. I had no idea how much noise the bearing was making. I much appreciate all their efforts.

Passenger right rear tire was not holding air. A nail ended up being the culprit and was plugged along with performing an oil/filter change. Ashley Elliott provided her usual exemplary assistance.

I ordered a new mirror and key fob, which were not inexpensive. When they arrived I made an appointment to install/program them. When I showed up with the car, I was then advised that there were additional labor costs. Not being informed of this additional cost either at the time I ordered them or made an appointment for installation was unprofessional. I wasn’t ordering the parts to take them home and look at them. I feel this lack of transparency is akin to a bait and switch. This left me very disappointed in the whole process.

The service that I received was excellent. Ashley in the service department was so helpful, sweet and very personable.
