Before my husband and I entered your car lot. My husband and I went to a auto lot a little down the road. The staff didn't come out to introduce themselves or acknowledge us. My husband said let's go. We entered your lot and Jeremiah walked up to us immediately and made us feel welcomed. Jeremiah asked me what am I looking for, and what is important to me. He answered all my questions without being pushy. I felt heard. I was still shaken up from my car accident several days before. Our experience from Jeremiah, General Manager, and Service Manager were wonderful. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. I left with a car by 3 pm. Thanks Jeremiah for all your help and support.

James was absolutely fantastic. I was rather panicked bc I hit a terrible pot hole and there was no saving my tire. He was able to keep me calm knowing he was taking care of the problem with ease and that ordering a new tire would take some time but he was able to get my car fixed by EOD. Offering to give me a ride home by the shuttle service gave me such a VIP experience. That's a huge reason I will come back anytime to get work done bc he and the guy who cashed me out (far desk) and the 2 gentlemen who drove me home and picked me up - created a great experience from start to finish.

The service team at Garber Chevy Service was excellent to work with from start to finish. I brought in my wife’s vehicle for several needed repairs. The service team at Garber Chevrolet has consistently met or exceeded my expectations. We buy new vehicles to run them for 200,000 miles. That’s especially difficult with a heavy duty truck towing. This service department has the capacity to do that if you abide by the manufacturers maintenance standards, especially with fluid change intervals. The team is experienced with all GM vehicles and a pleasure to deal with.

Jack was able to get me an appt immediately and took my car in without an appt one day. I was given a loaner car each time, which made it so convenient for me. He gave me a very generous discount and my car was beautifully detailed. It’s never been this clean and I had stuff all over the place in there! I’m a Garber customer for life! While I took pictures of how clean my car is, I locked my keys in the car. Jack arranged for someone to try the lockout kit and offered a loaner when that didn’t work. You guys are amazing!!!!!
