I cannot speak highly enough of Diamond. Someone dented my door in a parking lot on passenger side and never left a note. I took my car to 3 body shops; each one said, $3000,. This meant my insurance company would penalize me, because somone else bashed my car in May and never left a note. What is wrong w people? I have a $500 deductible. My insurance agent recommended Diamond in Webster. I brought my car, and they said, " the door does not have to be replaced. It will cost $710" I left my. car with them, I was without a car longer than I wanted, but that was ok. When I picked it up, I was stunned with the beautiful job they did. My car is only 2 years old. When I asked how come all the others wanted to replace the door? The reply was, "because, they go through insurance and just want to replace things because the skill of doing what Diamond did, quite frrankly is an art." They are a family owned business, and I certainly like to support that. When you factor in my deductible , it would have been $500, I actually paid $210 above that. Great people, honest, highly skilled. I can't recommend them enough!!!!.

Well let's say I too can't say enough good about Diamond Collision! Chuck and Mary are now what I consider to be friends of mine. I actually love just to stop in and have coffee ☕ with Mary and Chuck and catch up on our lives. I have recommended them to anyone and everyone who needs work on their vehicles. They are not only great people who are honest and fair and this is very hard to come by these days! So I wish you guys Happy Holidays and only great things for you both in the coming year. Great experience with this shop. I had a couple of deep scratches and small dent on the passenger side door. They actually had us come in for an estimate the same day (a Saturday) we called. They scheduled the repair within a week and it was completed in 3 days. The repair is perfect. I believe the price was more than fair. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Diamond Collision .
