C&D Auto Sales

I recently was up in the Rochester NY area for business when my transmission went out on me. I stopped by C&D Auto and was greeted by Dave ( the Owner ) and asked if he could install a transmission and said yes. I’m in the business of working with dealers on assisting customers with automotive claims and the service I received from C&D Auto was outstanding. I was informed when my vehicle was started and finished so I can plan another business trip to pick up my car. I’ve had the car back now for over a month and no issues. If you’re looking for great service with a commitment to get the car back on the road asap. I highly suggest you visit them in Webster and ask for Dave. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! As we all know, customer service is a dying art in 2025... but not here!! They are great people who genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend coming here for purchasing a quality used vehicle and/or servicing your vehicle. Quality people, quality work at a reasonable price. I will tell everyone who asks my opinion to come here and experience real customer service!! Thank you to everyone that works here!!

Was in a bind from as I am from out of town and they were so helpful in getting my tire fixed

Paid $550 for brake service and my brakes are still squeaking. I brought the car back once, but the issue was not fixed, barely looked at and now I can’t get a response. Asked around, its said it seemed like proper lubrication wasn’t applied. Very disappointed with the service and communication.”
