Brought my car in for tire replacement--they call me the next day saying my Driver's Side Front Door no longer has working electric (locks, windows) and that since they put the window down on my car when bringing it in that its stuck. Not only does this strike me as ridiculous to begin with, but the Store Manager/Manager on Duty continued to suggest that they would have had nothing to do with this problem. Almost an hour spent with them trying to justify why they had to put my window down, but why its inability to go up was somehow not their doing or their problem. I asked to speak to the GM but was told she would be unavailable until after 5pm (I was in at 11am and called them the previous day to alert them I'd be in at this time and wanting to speak with this person). No attempt was made to contact the GM, just repeated assurances they wouldn't talk to me. Meanwhile, they couldn't actually diagnose the problem, though, since they were just a tire center -- and with Webster NY getting hit with severe weather warnings I was left to find a different repair shop to diagnose and fix the issue. So I found another shop, and as I went to take my car there--my window worked. Hours of time on the phone calling service stations who could see me same day, time spent talking to BJs Customer Support--all for nothing? Absolutely ridiculous. Yes you will save some money as a BJs member shopping for tires there, but if anything goes wrong customer support will not be helpful, the techs will not be able to assist you, and it will end up being 'your problem.' Not to mention the fact they may tell you all of this and have it not actually apply. If it wasn't for the hit I would probably take to my credit by closing my BJs credit card, I would close it this instant. Costco isn't as close to me, but there's no reason to continue to support BJs in light of this

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BJ Tire Shop, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. Jay and his team are not only experts in their field but also exemplify exceptional customer service. Jay went above and beyond to help me fit a second set of winter tires for my car, and his expertise was evident throughout the process. What truly set BJ Tire Shop apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. In a world where positive experiences with mechanics and tire shops are rare, BJ Tire Shop exceeded all expectations. One incident that stands out is when I realized I had the wrong valve stem for my tire pressure monitoring system, purchased from Amazon. Without hesitation, Jay quickly provided the correct fitted valve stem at no extra charge, showcasing their dedication to customer care. Having had less-than-ideal encounters at other places like Walmart and Costco, BJ Tire Shop has become my go-to choice. Jay's pleasant demeanor, accommodation, and willingness to go the extra mile make the membership to BJ's truly worthwhile. The superb customer service I received has earned them my highest recommendation. BJ Tire Shop has secured a loyal customer in me, and I can confidently say that they set the standard for tire shops. Kudos to Jay and the team for delivering an unparalleled experience!
View on GoogleI left here really impressed, they took care of my vehicle fast and with friendly service! Car rides great, tire pressures are perfect and even though it was a low profile tire they could handle it, always go to BJ's for tires!
View on GoogleLame organization. My wife picked up a nail in her tire yesterday and got home on the donut spare. I called BJ’s to see if I could bring the tire over and get a plug in it. Even though we are long time BJ’s members they told me due to liability they cannot plug a tire unless it was purchased there. Someone needs to explain to me how that makes any sense? A tire plug in a Goodyear tire does not care where the tire was originally purchased in order to decide whether it will hold air or not.
