The Detail Shop SRM

The gentleman who took care of my car was nice and even gave me a ride home. Aside from that there aren’t many positives from this experience. The detailing took over 2 hours longer than the 3 hours they initially estimated. Even with 5.5 hours they still did not get to cleaning the bed of my truck before I had to take it to go to work. Overall I would’ve said the detailing was fine but they left marks on my screen I can’t get off (pictures below). Additionally, prices seemed a little steep in general, $250 for detail, another $70-$100 for pet hair fee, $50 for exterior. They knocked off like $30 for not finishing the exterior but I honestly would’ve rather gone through a car wash for the $20. Won’t be going back, wouldn’t recommend.

This place is not even close to worth the money! I got a “complete detail” then came home and cleaned my car. I left with water spots on the paint, streaks on the glass, grime on the interior and along the rocker panels, and debris in the carpet. The car still had bugs splattered on the front end! To the customer service- I went to pick-up the vehicle around 4PM and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card so I’d have to wait until tomorrow; not a huge deal, I waited till the next day and returned. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the work I was told the boss wasn’t able to talk I’d need to leave the car again for an undetermined amount of time before checking back. This was unacceptable to me, so after I voiced my concerns about the situation, the associate left the room and came back to offer me 100$ off my total price.

Seriously, go somewhere else. I had a complete detail and I’m honestly not sure what was done. There were dirty water spots on the paint the side windows were not touched. He saw the dirty water afterward and said “oops sorry about that” but didn’t offer to clean it. The interior was better but still had dirty spots here and there. I’m uploading a picture of just one example. It was a ripoff. I’m shocked to see good reviews.

i didn't have the best experience with the detail shop but i will say that the staff is very friendly. i called to get the interior of my car done and no one had answered during business hours so i left a voicemail with my number so they could get back to me... maybe 2 days later i hadn't heard anything so i called again during business hours and no answer so i just hung up. I then get a phone call back and was able to get my car in the next day at noon to just have the interior done. I take my car at noon and i asked how long it would be and i was told 2-3 hours, so 4 and a half hours pass and i get a call that my car is ready after calling them at 4pm to ask if it was done yet but no one had answered. When i got my car back it was clean i will say but it had water spots all over the seats and doors, the inside of my windshield was still dirty along with a spot on my back seat that was there when i dropped it off, the center console where the shifter is, is still dirty as well... just disappointing that i'm going to spend $170 for just the interior to be done and it looks like i did it myself... i just don't understand how it took almost 5 hours for what i received. full potential was not served

They detailed my mazda this past weekend. i can almost guarantee this is the best detail i’ve ever had. The man Samuel needs a massive raise, i’ve never been more impressed, and treated me very professionally. I’ll bring our mazda there any day if he’s still there. Thank you so much.
