From the moment that I called Rob’s shop he and his staff treated me like I was not only a priority but like I was thier family . I had to have my truck towed to his shop after having it towed back from Virgina where a dealer tried to rip me off quoting me 13k for a new engine and then selling me a new truck .Rob looked at it right away and was able to order the part and get the truck running with the ac working by the end of the second day. Rob called me personally both before and after he closed to let me know what was going on. If I could I would give him 6 stars , It was really refreshing the way he treated me and I highly recommend Rob and his honest work .

The minute you walk in you know your in good hands. Cleanest waiting room of the thousand I waited within to start. Rob came out to talk to me directly about my Jeep issues. He did amazing work and now he has a long time customer. You will NOT be disappointed for driving your sick vehicle to 'Dr. Rob' for the cure!!!

If you want to feel like you're not getting screwed over, come to see Rob! He will talk to you professionally and not hurried, and you'll walk out feeling like you made the right choice. He worked on my 2012 Jeep GC Limited for 2 weeks and I cannot praise his work and work ethic enough! Cleanest darned waiting room in NYS, too!!!

took my old car to Rob to replace front end bushings .Got the job done super quick .I really appreciate his honesty & trust his judgement about what needs to be done .His crew is very personal & friendly. Its a pleasure to deal with Rob . AAAAAA++++++
