James is my hero! He's the best in the area when it comes to diagnosing check engine and electrical problems. We spent 3 months going back and forth between Tradition Chevy and Rob's, trying to get rid of the check engine light to go off so it could pass inspection. James found the electrical issue within 30 minutes! I've been there 4 times now. The customer service is excellent. They are very honest and do not try to upsell you. I like how they offer to have you come out to show you what the problem is. They are better and cheaper than any of the other garages I've been to in Waterloo, Seneca Falls and Geneva. As a woman, it's reassuring to have an honest and reliable garage that always gets me in as soon as possible. I rarely do reviews, but these guys deserve it!

Jotogo did a great job! They removed and replaced upper and lower control arms on my f150 including lots of other maintenance work and it was done well and in a timely manner and was ready the next day. Fast and reliable.
