I’d give a -5 if I could… Do you drug test your drivers? Because one of them was backing up the hill of my complex yesterday (Northwoods)at the speed of 20 mph taking up the entire road. I slowed down and honked and let my presence be known. He kept backing up. I honked AGAIN he kept backing up. He almost hit my car, and then I had to throw it in reverse and go at 20 miles an hour backwards and hope to God I didn’t end up in a ditch. The entire time I was honking and waving, and there was no stoppage in sight. I finally laid on my horn and prayed that he didn’t destroy my car and he stopped within a centimeter of my front end. When I was able to pass him, he wouldn’t look me in the eye. This young white kid looked like he ate one too many brownies full of cannabis before work, I’m not impressed. He could’ve destroyed my entire car or could’ve injured someone. Do you actually care? Because the reality is you’rE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE at the end of the day or do you not know the laws either? Intoxicated driving is illegal, operating a tow truck while intoxicated is also illegal. So I suggest you figure out what happened yesterday before I take this a step further. Also, I suggest no one use this company, they have terrible drivers and I’m going to assume based on what I saw their safety practices don’t exist. You’re lucky I haven’t called the police to file a report of reckless driving.

Joke of a company, Their Driver Is Smoking 24/7 And will make your car smell, They don't take care of the vehicle and let the chains hit the bumper as the car comes off And scratch the car with their gloves, They Also Crank and try to start a car with issues to put it into neutral instead of simply Putting the car into Accessory/Run To put it into neutral. They also can not drive properly and will drive through your grass, and damage your property. then they trespass on your property to try and take fake photos to claim that there was no damage done against clear video evidence.

Aggressive Driving: On Saturday August 17th 2019 at 1PM their flatbed came up behind me at a high rate of speed and proceeded to tailgate me (about 3 feet off my bumper) for 3 miles. Luckily I didn't need to brake for anything as there would have been no time for him to stop behind me. At a stop sign I was able to snap a few pictures of the truck but not the reckless driver. Thankfully I got the plate number and DOT number (1767517)so as to report this company. How many people are harassed by this driver everyday I wonder. How many accidents has he been involved in? This company needs to train it's employees to drive safely.

My experience with Complete Auto Recovery Services was horrible. On 7/29/22 my stepsons car was towed from Caldor (dept. store) Parking Lot. The sign above stated "no overnight parking" as you can see in my review. We entered the parking lot and ate pizza at the local pizza shop. We then took a walk after dinner to find the vehicle was towed. We were gone an hour and a half. Not overnight. We had to take a cab to the business where they would not release the vehicle unless we paid cash. We had to walk two blocks in a bad neighborhood at night to get $200 cash from an ATM. We are now pursuing legal action against them. If you want a really bad experience use them. If not go find somewhere where you are treated with respect.

horrible experience, dented the life out of my hood and bed sides. idk what they were trying to achieve but they did very well at destroying my truck. i honestly took that very well and wasn’t going to say anything. but my truck is now throwing a check engine light and misfiring. put it on the scanner and it’s out of timing. im not sure what they did to my truck but i congratulate them for doing what i couldn’t.
