They take the time to explain everything in great detail. They even have a site with pics of each thing on your car they are describing, wish all places did this! Friendly and even help with rides when dropping car off. Thankful I found this place to service my old but loved Suzuki kizashi.

The mechanics were very prompt and solicitous in plugging a code reader into our truck, and analyzing the issue diagnosed. We had a check engine light come on while on a long road trip and were worried about continuing the voyage. The very polite technicians were extremely competent and empathetic. They assured us that we should not have serious worries and could have the matter dealt with back at home. The 2 young men, Brian being the senior mechanic and whose name we recall was very straightforward, honest and kind as was his coworker. We were left feeling very well cared for with a deep sense of trust.

They are truly professional and very personable; I had a problem with my car, and they didn't hesitate to help me every step of the way. I recommend them 100%. The service was excellent, and they don't try to take advantage of the situation. Thanks, guys.

I drove 320 miles for a commercial project. I still had 52 miles to go. The alternator in my van went. I drove to their shop They were very accommodating, I needed to rent a vehicle to do my project. The rental place was 33 miles away. No Uber service. They drove me 6 miles to rent a U-Haul truck so I could finish my project that was 52, miles away. They fixed my van and did not try to take advantage of my situation. Great Company. Great Service. Best breakdown experience I ever had. Thanks for the great service

Class act shop. Had an engine issue while driving my truck and was lucky enough to limp it to Stoltzfus. Their employee came out in a down pour to help me diagnose the issue. Definitely recommend.
