Ralph and the team at Integrity Auto run a shop with just that - integrity. I went in for an oil change and to have my muffler inspected to resolve a leak. Ralph was able to give me a quote for the exhaust repair, but it would have required replacing the entire thing. He recommended I go to a muffler specialty shop, specifically Mufflerman in Tonawanda, and the guys there were able to get me out the door in under an hour for half the price. I am so grateful to Ralph and the guys at Integrity Auto for caring about their clients and community. Thank you guys!

My car needed an intercooler replaced. These guys called me and said a cheap aftermarket intercooler was going to cost $583 for just the part no labor included. They told me they couldn’t get an OEM one and even if they could it would be “way more expensive” so I took 5 minutes and called the parts dealership myself and found out the OEM cost $583 and they could deliver it anywhere in 2 days. Coincidentally the exact same price as the aftermarket down to the dollar? No. Aftermarket is about 2-300. They were being greedy trying to charge for OEM and put cheap crap in and lie about it. So I called back and told them they should definitely be able to get OEM for my car. They gave me attitude and acted like I was a burden to them. Magically they got the OEM part the next day (the one they “couldn’t get and more expensive”) and fixed my car the the exact same price as they would’ve for a cheap aftermarket. They definitely survive off of repeat customers who don’t know much about cars and they take advantage of them. They knew I was a first time customer and now I will never go back there. Very dishonest. Not to mention I called 30 minutes before they closed on the day they said my car would be done and it had been done for hours. just shows they couldn’t care less. Couldn’t even call me once my car was done $980 for an intercooler and my bumper definitely wasn’t put on the same as it went in there. But these guys are such a pain to deal with I’m not even going to bother. 0/10 stars they are GREEDY LIARS.
View on GoogleBest auto service with courteous and knowledgeable staff that I have been going to for years now! I always take my vehicles here for anything and everything and they have kept my trucks well maintained. Highly recommend them!
View on GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS -- NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER I was towed here two weeks ago by AAA after my alternator quit and vehicle died while driving. After AAA tested the battery, we continued with the tow. Ralph advised that "after we were able to get your truck pushed in to the shop" we tested the battery again, and saw that it was dead! We put a new one in and it started right up!" Now, I'm no mechanic, but they never did what I asked them to do (check the alternator), insisting there was no need and that my battery was "so dead that it died while you were driving it." They put a new battery in, changed my oil and gave me an inspection, as I had requested. Overall I was very satisfied with the work. Not even two weeks later this new battery completely runs down, I become stranded, and require a tow once more. Gee, I wonder why that happened... $1200+ later I am (finally) replacing my alternator at another shop further away from my residence. I am sure the folks at integrity were waiting on me to come back, so that they could tell me I broke the alternator or something ridiculous. I would have been more than happy paying Ralph and Dave to fix my alternator several weeks ago when this started in the first place, had they not been dishonest to begin with. Instead, I was without a vehicle for much longer than I should have been, unnecessarily. Because of their failure to diagnose my alternator and the run-around/extra financial headache they caused me, I asked Ralph to compensate me for some of his unnecessary battery testing and battery terminal cleaning labor from when they gave me a new battery (roughly $200 in "labor fees"). He responded with "I'll see you in court". Yes you will Ralph, yes you will. Seriously, there are 5 or 6 other auto shops within a square mile, and several on Walmore road that are neighbors to this place. Do business with any of those neighbors instead. These guys thrive on repeat customers who know nothing about automobiles, don't be one of them.
