Al with Walker Valley Auto is wonderful! He took the time to explain the issues my car had to me (who doesn't know much of anything car related lol). He's also honest and fair. Wendy, his receptionist is very nice and helpful too!

Went in for a NYS inspection and found the service to be excellent. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they added air to all my tires. The inspection was conducted efficiently and on time. No-nonsense, honest service—so much so that I scheduled an oil change and brake replacement with them as well

They attempted to change my front struts and, in the process, ruined my transmission. They installed a used transmission and destroyed that one also. They also destroyed my driver's seat by getting in with a tool in their back pocket. He denied that and refused to stand behind his work, told me to come get my car.

Stay away from these guys. They dont know what they are doing. They destroyed my cars transmission and refused to fix it. Take your car to Youngs or even the Village Drop Shop. Stay far far away from these crooks at Walker Valley Auto.

Brought my car in at the time of my appointment. They took it in immediately and in appropriately 15 minutes, my oil and filter was changed and tires rotated. Total cost was very reasonable.
