Knowledgeable mechanics, friendly staff. Reasonable prices, quick excellent service. I liked the idea of getting a report on the diagnostic results. Easy to understand, gave me the opportunity to ask questions about work needed.

The folks at Detor were very professional and worked our vehicle in a day ahead of schedule. They identified and corrected loose and missing lug nuts from a recent tire swap done at another facility Also, they went above and beyond by checking our other vehicle that had tires swapped at the same facility as a courtesy which we appreciated very much.

Top-notch service from start to finish!!! Marty and the team at Detor Automotive are incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable! They diagnosed the issue with my Subaru CrossTrek quickly and had it back on the road sooner than promised; for less than originally quoted! The shop is quiet, clean, easy to find and the staff is extremely friendly! They kept me updated throughout the whole process with messages and pictures of the issues! ...(so cool, if you ask me! 😄) I am very thankful to have found these lovely folks and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! Detor Automotive got me in quickly, figured out the problem, and, despite giving me a 3 day time frame, had me back in my car the very next day. They were so quick and efficient and had great customer service. They gave me updates as to what was going on and explained the problem to me. Highly recommend
