Very honest shop and will answer any questions you might have. They were quick getting my duramax in and out while taking the time to explain the issue and the solution to me. Would definitely recommend to everybody!

On the last leg of a two week 4000 mile trip my alternator went out. I bought one and took it to a local shop but was turned away. Then I went to B&H automotive. I was welcomed with open arms. They dropped everything and installed it without hesitation in less than an hour and I was back on the road by 9am. Bob and his crew were unbelievable. Highly recommended.

Car broke down in the middle of no where and I got it towed to this establishment, without knowing anything about them. Holly was so warm, welcoming and understanding. When I explained that I’m not from the area and it’s an emergency situation, she truly listened and helped me out. She called her husband in and told him we needed the car the same day. She offered us food and refreshments. They had my car up and running in 2 hours. I’m truly grateful that I ended up there. I felt well taken care of.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and technicians. The experience feels much more personal than many other shops that just take your car behind a curtain (*cough* Cantech). The technician met me out front within 30 seconds of pulling in to the parking lot, listened to my concerns, and performed the service I needed. You really don't get this kind of service anymore. They have THE best wheel and tire service equipment money can buy. I'm actually looking forward to getting new tires for my car instead of dreading it and worrying about nicks and scratches.

I wanted to say thank you to Holly and everyone else at B&H for providing me a great personalized customer service experience! I dropped my car off to get the intake manifold replaced, & they gave me a loaner car to use so I had a way to pick up my daughter from school while they were working on it.
