Since they've taken over this location, the service department is pretty frustrating, you get an assigned rep to your repair. If you call and that rep isn't available, they urge you to wait for a call back. That call doesn't always come, if you push further with the 'wrong' rep they get frustrated with you. I'm sure I'll get a polite reply to this review about how this isn't the intended experience but this is how it's been for years for myself and others I know across multiple personal and work vehicles. If I have to use a dealer I rather go to Chenango Sales in Greene where they don't treat you like an inconvenience and often will call to say your vehicle is ready which is even better.

Late last year my daughter bought her first brand new explorer. It now has around 4k miles on it and has been nothing but trouble. We understand things break and have been patient . They at first tried and were accommodating. But to have constant issues is unacceptable especially when it has left her stranded more than once. Now we call and service is a month out and her vehicle is in limp mode and when she asked if we needed to go somewhere else and they respond "do what you gotta do" I think they forget that servicing over the course of ownership is where the money is. So now off we go to a different ford dealer who's a week out and they seem to care more for the customer, and they didn't even sell her the car. So my advice is buy a car from a dealer who will care long after they sell you the car.

This was a 5 star review. It is now 2. Their fault. Service is terrible. Dude wants to make sure you know how busy and frustrated about it he is. No concern for your needs or interests. More concerned with getting your keys and getting you out the door, presumably so he can cry to someone else about how hard his job is.

The service people were friendly and I believe they are thorough when doing a safety inspection on my vehicle. They noticed that the truck had a recall and took care of it right away.
