Best experience ive ever had getting my car fixed ever! They were accommodating, communicated very well, im confident they didnt tell me there were more things wrong with my car than there was. They quoted me to fix the 2 front brakes that I actually needed and then hustled to get the parts because I decided I wanted to do the back brakes as well AND they got it done fast - same day - so I didnt have to worry about how I was getting home or into work in the morning which was a huge relief!! The cost was less than I expected and seemed more than reasonable. I am so very satisfied with my experience I highly recommend them!! Thank you to them for doing such a great job!!

Car runs fine now but they didn’t call me before changing my battery to ask if I wanted the work done or not. Ended up spending way more than I anticipated for a battery change. $413. They only apologized for the lack of communication and the only restitution they offered was to take the battery out. The cherry on top was that they have a framed picture of a racist caricature behind their front desk. Definitely won’t be returning.

Over priced and left my car dirty from the mechanic shop (left the old parts on my car seat) . Wayy too much for an alternator replacement compared to almost any other shop around. Extra labor and parts added to the bill that clearly wasn't called for. The towing service was fine.

They take advantage and make up prices. My car was towed .5 miles and they are charging me 432$ ???? Does that make sense ? I picked my car up less than 24 hours later . Meanwhile a few months back my car was towed from Maine and I was charged 300$!!! They make up prices because they know there is nothing we can do .

Was told $200 last night to come get my vehicle out of the tow yard today, and when I called today to verify this I was told $500. Not a good way to run a business. I'm sure they laugh all the way to the bank each time. Too bad money can't buy decency and honesty.
