Subaru Service

I take my Subaru here for its intermediate services. Jamel has always been helpful and kind! They also provide pictures and videos of their multipoint inspection.

My boyfriend took my car for inspection and oil change to Matthews Subaru Service. They were quick with the inspection and overall very transparent with the costs. After the inspection they recommended a fix and they were able to squeeze us in for the next day since we wanted to get it done as soon as possible. After dropping off the car, they took my bf home with their shuttle service. When we went to pick up the car, they gave us a free car wash ticket. We were super pleased to take our car there. Big thanks to Wayne and everyone who helped us.

A very caring and knowledgeable service staff...took us in as an emergency case and fixed issue overnight. The scheduler, Linda, voiced sincere concern empathy; made us feel a degree of comfort during this emergency. Zack, our service rep. also demonstrated concern: "we are going to get you back on the road. " He was very knowledgeable in explaining the process...and gave us another layer of comfort.. The service manager, Joseph, was also attentive to our situation. Clearly, this is a well led group who take the initiative to individually demonstrate care and concern for their customers. We cannot say enough about this experience. Thanks Matthews.

Warranty replacement motors on Hatch back. Still having issues where windows don't always go up. Been in 4 different times. Subaru 2021.
