Matthews GMC

I booked the service through myGMC app, which appear to go through flawlessly. I even got an appointment confirmation. I called Matthews GMC to ask some questions about the process of dropping my car early in the morning, and on that call they realize that they actually cannot service my car on the booked day. Once they realized there was an issue, they acted immediately and solve it giving me the next possible date that still met my expectations. They really care about the customer needs and reasonable accommodate to meet my expectations. Thank you Matthews GMC team, and special thanks to Andy who walked me through the whole process.

I arrived at my 8:00 am Saturday morning scheduled appointment. I was told to wait in the waiting room. Five minutes later the service rep told me he couldn't access my information from the computer system and told me I will have to reschedule. When I asked if I could set up another appointment he said just give us a call. I called the service manager on Monday. He had my car picked up from my office the next day, performed the oil change and returned it. I appreciated that. I hope he advised the service staff not to turn customer's away. Especially if they have an appointment.

Amazing! The sales department was amazing and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. The service department was through and made sure the vehicle would be running smoothly for a long time! Both the sales and service department had incredible attention to detail and care. I am so grateful for Matthews.

Great job, all! I had a great experience overall. The only issue I had was, my truck smells like gas. I couldn’t figure it out until I found someone’s work glove under my seat. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but my ride still smells like fuel after it’s been out of my truck for a week. Please let me know if you would like it back.
