Phase One Auto

I cannot recommend Phase One enough. From the moment I spoke to Shy on the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience. I left Phase One fully satisfied with their work and will most definitely be returning. Shy and his crew worked on my car and did it for a more than fair price. One of the best mechanics in all of Ithaca hands down.

Did a full rebuild on my Jeep Frontend. Full suspension and serviced my front diff. No issues was done in a timely fashion. Polite. And too the point. Highly Recommend.

10/10 would recommend Shayaa and his team. I go to the exclusively, whether it be brakes, oil changes, paint, literally anything. They did the lift kit on my old Dodge Nitro, as well as the undercoat on my Toyota Tacoma.

I left my car at Phase One Auto over the summer to fix the A/C and replace the brake rotors, and I was really impressed with their service. The team was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were done quickly, the car feels like new, and I could tell they truly know how to handle European cars with care. I really appreciate their trustworthy and high-quality service—definitely recommend this place!

I’ve solely been going to Phase One Auto for any mechanic work I need. The owner and their team is dedicated and passionate about the work they do. It’s already been said in other reviews, but they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. They take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars. I always leave confident in the work and grateful to have a mechanic I can truly rely on. -I own a 2014 Toyota Camry LE that’s at 250,000 miles, and it’s still in excellent condition thanks to the care and maintenance from Phase One Auto.
