Tallman's Tire & Auto Repair

Sent my son in law for an alignment. The alignment appointment was made online. The online verification only stated ALIGNMENT! This appointment was made at the recommendation of another Outstanding garage. The garage that did the recommendation had completed ALL work and had inspected the car. The ONLY thing that the car was in need of was an alignment. TWO DAYS LATER, I OPENED UP MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT TO SEE A $462 charge! I contact my son-in-law he tells me that they told him he needed two rear tires. Their argument is, they said my son-in-law says he needed two tires and an alignment! This is nonsense! What garage takes two PERFECTLY GOOD TIRES off of a car and replaces them? Oh, and for the record, these tires were just bought last February. They were less than a year old. I bought these tires from Tallmans in Rome. I thought I was dealing with a stand-up business. I guess I was wrong!!!

Every time I had my vehicle repaired at the shop I had a great experience the workers are very experienced when it comes to your vehicle and they definitely work on what you brought your vehicle in for good job guys

All the mechanics there are great. Scott is a very good manager! He’ll get you in and out. Plus he’ll make sure his men will do their best to fix the problem.

Cut a tire on Friday night, had it towed to Tallmans, I was waiting fur then when they opened and they got me in and out in under an hour with 4 brand new tires, even saved 5% with their auto repair credit card featuring no Interest for 6 months. Adulting isn't always this easy.
