Nimey's New Generation Cars Service Center

I called Thursday, late afternoon, with a noise and basic service needs. My car was worked on the next day. Nathan was great and assured me he would make sure it was all set for my weekend trip! Very happy with the service and will continue going back in the future.

Personally, I was highly impressed with the service I received. Their team was respectful, courteous, and transparent. What more can one reasonably expect? My vehicle received two services: detailing and replacement of tail lights. I was satisfied with both outcomes. Visiting the Maserati dealership in Rochester would likely have resulted in higher costs.

I travel coast to coast training and consulting with dealerships, and after spending two full days at this store, I can honestly say it’s one of the very best I’ve ever been to. Nimey's is the best. Always willing to work around the schedule. Honest when it comes to maintenance my SUV needs and when something is coming up. They work on both my vehicles and I am so grateful for their hard work keeping my vehicles up to date!
