Fortunately when my car broke down I was right by Monro Muffler, N. Genesee St., Utica. They took care of my problem after diagnostic test, coil and spark plugs replaced. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was pleased with the service received.

They got me in and out within a few hours when they did my front control arm bushings. When they did my rear end they had my car for almost 24 hours. But no complaints. The mechanic Matt that worked on my car definitely knows what he’s doing and explained what he was doing with no problems when I asked questions. Very respectful people in the office as well.

Came from out of town on the way to a volleyball tournament in Syracuse. Had an oil change done in my hometown 2 days prior. “Oil low” light came on about 30 miles away. Stopped at this establishment off I-90. If these guys were in my hometown - they’d immediately become my “go-to” shop. Got the car right in, took care of us in a hurry and got us on our way so we weren’t late. The professionalism, kindness and detail is something I’ve never seen at a shop before. I can’t thank the mechanics enough

The service at the Monroe station in North Utica was excellent. I was disappointed when I called the number to make an appointment. I was told that an oil change cost 49.99. The total bill for an oil change and an inspection came to $112 and the inspection was only $20. I never expected to pay over $100 when I was told it was 49.99

We were in an emergency situation as our driver side windshield wiper blew off on the NYS Thruway in the middle of a bad rainstorm. Luckily Munro was visible as soon as we got off the Thruway. The folks were polite, respectful, humorous, and extremely helpful, getting us on our way in about 10. minutes! Thank you, Monroe!!!
