I usually work on my own vehicles but this time I was at a loss and needed a diagnosis. I brought my vehicle here and disclosed everything I had already done to help them rule out the noise I was hearing. I am not a mechanic by any means but I know how to turn a wrench and am not afraid to do a repair. He called and diagnosed it as a drive shaft, part alone from the dealer $1 grand…Moneys usually tight so I declined the service and agreed to an oil change that he said was needed. When I went to pay for the car he talked to me an adult to an adult like I was 6 years old, I have never been spoken to like that. Extremely rude and unprofessional. All the work I had done was nitpicked through, questioned if I was the one going to do the repair I just declined him to do. Then said the only reason he agreed to look at this car was a favor as my family goes here. If I came off the street he would have turned me away, his exact words I’m looking for repeat customers not someone that comes in once every 4 years. I was still charged an hour of work and the oil change so it’s not like he didn’t get paid! I honestly think he’s not used to being told no for services but it’s kind of ignorant to think everyone has disposable money to just throw at the mechanic. Don’t disclose you work on your vehicle if you plan on going here.

They diagnosis quick, repair on schedule, and the pricing is completely fair! It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but this place truly delivers quality workmanship and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.

Thanks to the recommendations of several folks I trust, I just switched to Computer Aided Automotive for my car and thus far, I have had really positive experiences (I have been there twice now). They always explain everything that needs to be done, do really good work, and have very reasonable prices. Oh yes, and everyone there is incredibly pleasant and personable. I am excited for this to be my forever shop!

Dave and his team are incredibly thorough. I came in with an undiagnosed rattle not only fixed that issue but several others that were holding back my car’s performance.
