Second, he kept me updated throughout the process and he was thorough and detailed. The shop is very honest with prices and will not try to upsell you things you do not need. I received two wildly different quotes here—first $2,000, then $800 via text when the manager (Mack) was "too busy" to explain. No proper diagnosis was done, and they exaggerated the damage to justify the higher price. Completely inconsistent and unprofessional. Do not trust them with significant repairs. Go elsewhere.
