Amazing quality work and customer service. I've used this shop on two separate occasions for my old car after being rear ended and in a fender bender, and both times my car came back looking brand new. Phil is the best !

Around Feb of 2020** (edited due to incorrect month), my vehicle was involved in an accident on Old Country Road in Westbury. The police responded to the scene, prepared a report, and arranged for a tow truck. The tow truck was from Bodyworks Unlimited. A short time later, I went to Bodyworks Unlimited to see my vehicle and assess the damage, as I had not seen it since the accident. I did not have comprehensive insurance, and after reviewing the repair estimate, I decided I was not willing or able to pay for the repairs out of pocket at that time. While I was in the office, the gentleman working there gave me permission to remove my vehicle from the shop and handed me the keys. After receiving the keys, I contacted AAA to arrange a tow to bring my vehicle back to my storage location. Approximately two days later, I received a phone call from Bodyworks Unlimited stating that I owed them money for the tow. This was confusing to me, as there was no mention of any towing fee or payment owed when I was in the office. A few days later, the tow truck driver went to the location where my vehicle was being stored at the time, which was a property I had rented solely for storage purposes and did not reside at. He spoke with someone present in an attempt to collect $285 for the tow; however, I was not there at the time. Several days after that, while I was at work, two men entered the property and went into the backyard area since it wasn't gated or fenced where I was in the process of disassembling my vehicle and had various damaged parts laid out. They then contacted me by phone, stated that there was still an outstanding balance, and claimed they had taken something from my vehicle that would render it inoperable. At the time, I did not understand what they meant. However, after reviewing the security camera footage and checking the parts at the yard, I realized they had taken two of my stock turbochargers, apparently as collateral. They were unaware that both turbos were already blown and unusable, so they had no value to me. Based on this experience, I strongly suggest staying away from this business. If they were willing to do something like this, it raises serious concerns about what else they might be willing to do. **Reuploaded with a towing reciept as requested by the Owner. I have no need to contact the place of business as I will never do business with this company.**

I took my 2024 Audi to be repair took long because most part came from Germany but the out come was perfect the finish and details are amazing also communication with Phill was good always there I recommend this shop

Horrendous customer service. We unfortunately had an accident and had our car towed here after it was totaled. We managed to make it over there and clear out the car, the staff was extremely helpful on this day. Fast forward a few weeks and we start to receive notices in the mail regarding parking violations associated to this vehicle. The shop had left the car in the street in its damaged state, leaving it to rack up violations. What makes this a one-star review is the shops response; relayed through the curt receptionist-who rushed my wife off the phone with the advice to “figure it out online”, assuring we’d get a call back (we haven’t after 4 weeks). I would be wary if my car ended up here again. *picture is from street view outside the shop*

I had a great experience working with Phil and Lina. They made the process of getting my car back smooth and easy. They communicated with me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was happening. The work on the car was flawless. I am a very picky person and I was beyond happy with the results. Thank you Bodyworks unlimited for the professional quality work done on my car.
