It was a pleasure doing business at Star Motors working with the owner Neil Dubey. He took the time to answer all of my questions and understood with his background how extremely knowledgeable he is on the Mercedes Benz vehicles. The E-class with the driver’s assist package fit my needs - perfectly. I learned first hand that highway driving is made effortless with that package. I was in process of relocating to Florida and would be driving in unfamiliar territory. Important to note, he accommodated my timeline-line, as well. Also, Neil personally remedied the wheel rims and a few other matters. He has also assisted in addressing my many questions after the purchase. I made the right decision in doing business with Star Motors. I highly recommend to all.

TLDR: Star Motors provides the best possible service, care, and attention in the entire upstate NY area. I am compelled to share my experience with you all. Last Friday, while on a roadtrip to start the college tour process in upstate NY, I hit a massive pothole. Just south of Binghamton, I was the third car to stop as a result, and countless tractor trailers pulled over to check their wheel as a result of the impact. I was able to safely pull off the exit and found Star Motors. From my first panicked call, Jake and Neil were amazing. They called the tow truck, directed me to Enterprise for a rental, and then picked us up bring us to Enterprise. I reserved the car while we waited. When I finally arrived at Star motors, they quickly diagnosed the issue, broken tie rod - really broken and could have been so much worse! Because it was Friday, the parts would arrive on Monday. No problem, we were back on our way to enjoy the weekend. Now, when I arrived at Star Motors, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and caliber of the cars in stock. They also understood the urgency I had for the car to be repaired by Monday. Neil communicated with me early Monday, and the car was ready earlier than expected (mid-afternoon). This entire incident could have caused a lot more anxiety for me and my teenagers. Rather, it was just a bump in the road ;) thanks to Star Motors.

I have always been weary about going to car dealers especially when it came to Mercedes. I recently purchased a 2014 e350 sedan from star and noticed a transmission issue. The team at star immediately brought the car in and handled the situation all under their 3 month warranty that came with the vehicle. It took some back and fourth with testing and diagnosing to figure out the issue but once it was identified the car was fixed within 2 days. Very happy with my purchase and the team over at star, no sales tactics or pressure just straight to the point upon purchase. Jake (sales rep.) and Neil (owner) are both exceptional people to buy a car from and highly recommend accross the board with service and purchasing needs.
