Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

Had a great experience here, shop bay was clean/organized and easy to pull into. The guys working got me moving quickly which is always appreciated. They were also very mindful of the fact I had my dog with me. No wait first thing in the AM

Showed up sunday morning . Needed a def pump replaced , they ordered it monday and it arrived around 1 pm. The mechanic from 7am-3pm didn’t want to take overtime and left. the mechanic who followed didn’t feel COMFORTABLE replacing the pump because he’s never done it before . That’s the service you can expect here , they’re only capable of changing tires 👍🏼. I have to wait until tuesday to get the def pump replaced now .

I had a very disappointing experience with Jordan today. I was told I was next in line and that the service would take about one hour. Instead, I waited three hours with no updates or communication from him. He has now informed me that there is no technician available to fix my issue. This has been a complete waste of my time and felt very unprofessional. Update: took 11 hours just to start working on my trailer.. poor communication.. Mecanic was professional and fix my issue

Here since 4pm having to wait until tomorrow late morning for a mechanic. Two guys working here walking around doing nothing but getting paid. Not one truck in the bay 4pm to closing. Let me call my out- of- work cousin and let him know Speedo in NY is giving out free money to just stand around. A driver was here before me needing a tire replaced on his trailer ended rolling out with a blown tire. Do better Love’s/Speedco

Very nice staff. Great work. Took a bit of a wait to get me in, but it’s like that at all Love’s truck service locations. Once I was in they fixed the problem with my truck very quick.
