I can never thank this kind man enough for looking after my family and I when our car broke down in the middle of the night on our way back to Canada. So happy to have crossed paths with Marc and all of his extremely kind friends!

Marc is extremely kind, patient, and gracious. Service was extremely fast and he truly just made me feel at ease when I was going through something horrible. Highly recommend!

Just recently on a cold winter day, I took my family in our minivan on a day trip to Fish Creek Campground near Tupper Lake. The plan was to get lunch in Tupper Lake and then take a walk in the woods in Fish Creek. At Fish Creek, I foolishly drove the minivan up a small icy hill to park at the top rather than leave the car at the bottom and walk up. We made it up the hill just fine, so I didn't realize we were now stuck. After a fun walk in the woods we got back to the minivan to find I couldn't get it out of an icy rut the front tires made. With three little kids and my wife the only ones with me, pushing a large minivan around wasn't working in spite of my best effort. Thank goodness I had cell service. I called the first tow service I saw on Google in Tupper Lake but got no answer. I saw the next one listed was Counter's but it said CLOSED. I called anyway and Marc picked up right away. He came out on a lonely, cold, windy Saturday night at dusk with (I assume) his personal vehicle, a gorgeous pickup with some tow straps, and got us pulled out and back down to the main road in 10 minutes. I fully expected him to charge twice or three times what he asked for, and I would have gladly paid it without hesitation considering my situation. Instead, he charged me a surprisingly low fee for the tow and gave me his business card. Of course I insisted on a decent gratuity which seemed to surprise him. I don't know why, because we were just so thankful I wish I had more cash on me to give him as thanks. On our drive home back to the Albany area we prayed as a family to thank God that Marc was available to help us that night. Otherwise things could have been very bad. If you need a tow service in that area, call Marc first. If you're in that area and need your vehicle repaired, call Marc first.

We were stranded in Tupper Lake Municipal Park about 70 miles from home on one of the hottest days of summer. The AAA guy gave up on us quickly, but Marc came to the rescue and kindly stuck with us until we were on our way. Much appreciated!
