Aubuchon Ace Hardware

Your prices on your web site were not honored at the store! I bought some Helsman Spar Urathane, I was charged 16.99 each for two of them. The WEB SITE SAID THEY WERE $15.99. I asked and the Clerk said that your website is populated by Ace pricing and that you, Aubuchons has your own pricing! I would say you have a problem somewhere you need to fix. If there is a price advertised on your web site then it darn well should be honored at the store!

Dennis and Brayden were stupendous young gentleman. From holding the door open and even going in the back to check to make sure they didn’t have a dungeon and dragon set for me. I wouldn’t recommend a better team! Keep it up boys

Great local hardware store with a really solid selection of just about everything you might need. It has quickly become a routine place I visit here in Tupper. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly and always fun to interact with. The shop cat is a pretty great bonus.

On this day, the day of the big cold, I was in need of help. As I walked aimlessly through Aubechaun's doors with a frost-nipped nose and a frozen tear almost leaving my eye, the warmth hit me and the thaw began. I looked around in awe, for the selections of things I did not need at that time, but would at some point in my life, were numerous and at a very competitive price. The look on my face must have said it all because from nowhere I heard an almost manly voice ring out to me with a "Good day, sir, you look like you're a bit cold. Come on in, we've got what you need to get warm in these cold and trying times."" I exhaled with relief. A man walked up to me with a big, well-maintained beard and very presentable clothes. He said, "What can I do for you, good buddy?" I said, "Right now, propane, and thank you for asking." With a smile on his face and a flick of his wrist, almost like magic, his winter jacket was on, and he glided out the door saying, "Follow me." I quickly followed the man as he told me fun facts about snowflakes and the rise and fall of the Ming Dynasty and gave me a couple of tips on keeping warm with Wim Hof breathing techniques. He spoke with such conviction on all things to do with cold and propane. His voice squeaked every once in a while, but only on the exciting parts. Before I knew it, the tank was full, and with a flick of his wrist, he guided me to my car, laid the tank down, and said, "I'll meet you inside," and threw a thumbs-up. As I went inside and the door opened, there he was waiting at the register. He smiled and said, "Was there anything else I can do for you?" I said, "Yes, one thing." He said, "What's that, my good man?" I simply asked, "What's your name?" "GADWAY DENIS GADWAY." I paid and said, "Well, Denis, you are one heck of an employee, and they are fortunate to have a hard-working, dedicated man such as yourself in this fine establishment." He said it was an honor helping me. As I walked away, I turned back to see him smiling, and with a wave, he said, "Don't get too cold; be safe out there." And that was that. Thank you, Denis, and thank you, Aubuchons, for having what I need.

This store is huge, has everything and is spotless. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in on the bottom floor asked for flex seal and the staff member said, that’s upstairs on the end cap of aisle 34 and that’s exactly where it was. 😳
