Joe and his team provide excellent tire and mechanic/maintenance service at very reasonable prices, much lower than the dealership. time and again. Trustworthy, professional, reliable. Highly recommended.

Summary: In terms of quality work, they do a terrific job. But from my own experience, I wouldn’t go back to them if I needed a job to be done at a timely fashion. (For More Detail, Read Bellow) Issue I had: I went to them because I had a broken mirror and two of my passengers doors that had dents and crashes; with an additional issue with my passenger door not opening Price: Their pricing is a bit on the steep end of things, so if you’re paying out of pocket, get ready to pay a big amount I’m terms of Job Getting Done: They fixed everything I enlisted for to be fixed with no issue Employees: Very helpful and were apologetic of the extra time that they took Overall: The only issue I had was that I was given a time frame of when the job would be done ( which was two weeks) and it was stretch for an additional week; it would have possible stretch further if I was not persistent on calling them. Other than that, the work they did was great and I thank them for it.

Today while my daughter was attending grad school at Sage she came out to no car as did 12 other students. Seems when they street sweep in Troy you can only park on one side which is fine I get it but there was NO SIGN!!! When she arrived at your tow company she was told the sign fell down and “rules are rules sweetie” and proceeded to charge them $150.00 each. Seems this tow company like to prey on college students. Total scum

The invoice, dated June 9th, 2025, shows a total of $281.56 due for services rendered. The services include private lot towing at College St. Ants for $165, storage for 3 days at $75, and a mileage fee of $20.70, plus tax of $20.86. The payment was made by Visa. The customer's name is Ahmed Alharash. The business is located at 350-3rd Street, Troy, NY 12100. for a mile only from my apartment to he's garage this is so terrible.

I have been going to Von's so long that this is my fourth car with them! They are reasonably priced, know their limitations (I don't believe he does transmissions and gave me a recommendation of someone else that wouldn't rake me over the coals) and don't try to get extra money with add on services you don't need! It's so difficult to find an honest mechanic that stands by their work, but this family business does it day after day!
