Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center (formerly The Tire Warehouse)

We recently brought our car to Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center and once again had an excellent experience. My wife and I have both been bringing our vehicles before and ever since it changed over from Tire Warehouse, and it’s such a relief to have found a place that is trustworthy, fair, and consistently reliable. Good mechanics who do quality work at a reasonable cost can be hard to find, but this place has absolutely earned our confidence. This most recent visit was for an oil change and a maintenance tire light issue. Since they work on a first-come, first-served basis, I arrived right when they opened at 7:30 AM. They opened exactly on time, took my car right away, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I simply explained what was going on, left the car, and within about an hour and a half to two hours, they called to let me know everything was finished and ready to go. Every experience we’ve had there, whether for tires, rotations, or maintenance, has been the same: fast, efficient, professional service with no unnecessary upselling or pressure. The staff is friendly, organized, and respectful of your time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable automotive service in the Troy area. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The mechanic was super nice, explained everything and was quick when he pulled my car in, front desk however could've been more friendly. Overall the experience was alright. I would return if I had to.

Walked in without an appointment for NYS inspection at end of month it's due. Very courteous, and although very busy took my business without hesitation. Was completed very timely considering all the customers. Got me back on my way! I will definitely be back when necessary. Thank you

Friendly customer service. We came to get our car inspected. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM & it took an hour in a half to get finished. They did a nice job, but the wait can be long.

I have been coming here for probably the past couple of years or maybe it’s longer and I have to stay say the workers the helpers whatever it may be have treated me with the upmost respect and really taken very good care of me. Good job Steve Shannon, Troy New York.
