I scheduled an appointment and was quoted a specific price. The following day, I arrived for my appointment and confirmed that same price again before the service was performed. After my car was ready, I received a call to pick it up once again, the same price was confirmed. However, when I arrived to pay, I was suddenly given a completely different (higher) price by a male employee. When I explained that I had confirmed the original price multiple times with the woman I had been communicating with, he showed no concern, didn’t care and simply stated well the price is wrong. I also had to bring my car to someone else the next day after I got my breaks done because I was told that my break fluid was leaking after they bled them, turns out they never did and tried to find a way to charge me additional money to replace my master cylinder saying that might be the issue. I ended up paying additional money to someone else to actually bleed my brakes the next day There was no attempt to honor the agreed-upon amount or take accountability for the mistake. This kind of bait and switch behavior is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they cannot provide consistent pricing and change them as they please or finds ways to charge you more money not completing jobs its no way you can trust them

Great automotive shop. Called to see if they had any availability, they got me in quick. And made sure he checked my car to tell me exactly what was the issue before I just paid for what I thought it was! Would highly recommend!!!

Got me in for 2 appointments on short notice! told me what i needed to pass inspection without upselling anything and they were nothing but Honest and genuine. 10/10 definitely recommended!

Come to Fred's!!! Honest, upfront, and knowledgeable about what you need and wil work with you! My youngest daughter's father is extremely anal about things and had these guys back and forth multiple times and they worked with him and didn't get upset!
