Greedy. Ate my $21 like a broken vending machine. Update to humanity is required. Instead I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Latham. Actually looked at my Car, gave me an honest answer. And didn't charge me for the look. That's better service. Also they tried to say "Give me $21 and I won't scratch your sticker." Extremely shaded I'd say. Update: Fitzgerald price $3000 no specifics mention. Mavis: $1600 called dealer for specific numbers. 🚮 To go a step further if you want local mechanic Izzo Family Auto Center quoted me similar to Mavis and was able to get it done same day. Conclusion: These guys are classic, greasy, greedy, ( L )

Fitzgerald’s provided exceptional service for me and my daughter today. Bill was so helpful and understanding. After I agreed to pay a diagnostic charge for further analysis of my vehicle, Bill rescinded the charge and only charged me for work that we previously agreed to. We will definitely use Fitzgerald again. It is this kind of service that makes anyone proud to support an establishment. Thanks, Bill!!

Outstanding service. I made an appointment, they took my car in right on time and diagnosed the "check engine light'" on my old CRV in minutes. They ordered and replaced the O2 sensor in about 45 minutes while I waited. I love family owned businesses like this. They do everything right. Highly recommend for the quality of service.

Brought my Ford Ranger in for an inspection and felt like they were playing gotcha making a list of failures. One brake was tight and needed a little adjustment and was an easy adjustment. I'll never go back

I called three shops to work on my AC. Fitzgerald's was the only competent and honest shop I could find. I am not from the area originally. The team there was honest and they even repaired more than what was asked due to the dealership doing very shoddy work. I will definitely be back. I will also tell anyone that will listen they should bring their car to Fitzgerald's. Thanks again.
