I’ve been coming here a few times and the customer service from Brandon is excellent. He is great at explaining what the problem is and what are the correct steps to solve it for my car, and you can tell that he generally cares , the best part is my car is never there for too long and I always get it back when they say I can get it back unlike other spot. Overall, the Firestone in Troy, New York is amazing.

Very impressive! We showed up at 6:20 pm (40 min before closing) with a nail in a rear tire. No appointment. Seen/diagnosed within 15 min. Repair not possible due to location of the puncture. No wait. 2 tires replaced, mounted, balanced, rotated. All done in 30 min. Excellent customer service. Super friendly. Stayed after hours to finish the job. We were back on the road to continue our 10 hour trip in under an hour total. We need more humans in this country who care that much!!!

Brandon was able to get me in on a very short notice and was back out the door in less than 2 hours! Helped with the disposal of a few extra old tires as well!! Friendly and efficient! Also before these new tires they got me in for a patch same day!

Brandon the store manager gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at firestone! He was great and super reasonable, informative, and reached out about any issues. Never really enjoyed going to that particular store before until today. Thank you for your hard work seriously.

I’ve had my tires replaced here several times. The staff members are knowledgeable, helpful, and don’t push you on unnecessary repairs. I’ve had the employees explain in detail the function of various car parts and walk me through the pros and cons of preventative maintenance. Overall I’ve had positive experiences, especially give that its a chain location. I recommend this place to other people in the Troy area. Opt for the tire warranty!
