Mike took my grandsons Ford Fiesta in even after being to other shops on being a Ford dealer that said cars brakes were unfixable. Took a few days but he got the car fixed which made my grandson very happy. He really like his car. The lady that answered the phone (sorry but I don’t remember her name) was always very polite and helpful when I called every day checking in. Great job to everyone.

Terrible experience with this shop. Our car was left at the shop for about 3 months, and we were charged $2,075 for “testing,” with no real repair completed. We were also not properly informed about the costs ahead of time, we were only told after charges had already added up. To make things worse, while the car was in their possession, a radar detector was stolen from inside the vehicle. They admitted someone entered the car because a door was left open, but then refused to take responsibility, hiding behind a sign that says they’re not liable. Leaving a customer’s vehicle unsecured and then denying responsibility is unacceptable. Poor communication, overcharging, and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Horrible place to bring your car!! very expensive labor and they dont fix your car!! Plus they stole things out of my car!! do not recommend taking your car there
