Exceptional customer service. I asked about repainting or covering the hood of my 2007 Honda; they suggested replacing it, explaining how much more affordable that would be. They also found a used hood online that matched my paint code. I brought the replacement to them and they installed it in 5 minutes while I waited — no charge! Now I know why Wallace Auto Care recommended them.

Everyone was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly. The work was done fast and the quality was excellent. The communication was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free. My car looks absolutely flawless thanks to their attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in the final result!!!!! It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like family, but Caprara’s does exactly that. I’m so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them a thousand times over. View on GoogleGreat experience with Capraras and Jeremy. He got us through a fender replacement after a minor accident. The responsible party elected to avoid insurance and Capraras helped play middle man for a smooth transaction. Nice, friendly staff, and the work was done quickly and looks great.
