Brandon was excellent. He showed up right on time for a pad and rotor replacement. Turns out my caliper was seized and he quickly went and grabbed one. The whole process was seamless and took less than 2 hours. Excellent and friendly guy. Great customer service. Thanks you so much. He even gave a nice discount.

I called Brandon at 7:30 am and he left a VM and he called me back less than 10minutes. He was very polite, professional, clear and honest with his services and pricing. My 2010 Mercedes GLK-350 battery died. He asked if I was safe and needed immediate roadside assistance. I responded thankfully no, my vehicle is in my driveway. I asked him if my battery does need to be replaced will he be able to do it when he comes. He searched for the battery online and was able to quickly quote me. I asked what if it actually is still good and I just need a jump. He said, roadside assistance is a $60 fee and hell run diagnostics. If the battery needs to be replaced, he will bring it with him and do it right in my driveway. My battery was shot which I figured since it was dying like every month these past 3 months. The total amount was $416.00. I requested 10 min heads up call and he obliged perfectly. When he came he let me, my 3 year old nephew and 3 pound puppy look under the hood with him as he ran diagnostics and gave us a little mechanical lesson. He even trimmed the hanging material from under the hood. He was prompt, thorough and very pleasant. He took my payment right after he was done in less than 30 minutes. He states on his site and social media, to call him any time 24/7 and he followed through across the board. I knew he was 100% reliable and the only PRO to call.

Our car broke down outside Albany on a Sunday morning, and Brandon showed up within 20 minutes of our call. In what could have been a very stressful situation, he was calm, kind, and reassuring from the moment he arrived. He quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed it right there, and then had us drive behind him for a bit just to make sure everything was truly okay. That extra care meant a lot. Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful- we’re grateful for his service and recommend him!

Brandon is an absolute savior! He fixed my truck on New Year’s Eve and saved my weekend on a road trip up to Vermont. He worked in the freezing cold to put two new wheel studs on and was very reasonably priced! If you need a mobile mechanic near Troy area this is the guy! Super solid mechanic and even better person. This world needs more people like Brandon! A true ace! I can’t thank you enough!
