Went there for fuel filter to change in my truck, and although they wore pretty busy, they find a place for me too. I am pleased with the work that they did. Good customer service as well. I wish I find mechanics like them all over.

Excellent service, a cut above the rest I will be bringing my truck back for all future work. I was able to schedule an appointment, show up drop off and wait in the waiting room while my oil change, fuel & air filters where changed on my 2021 GMC Dually not an easy task. All said and done it was a about an hour or less. The dealership was always an over night drop off and "hope" they get it done. I will definitely be back.

No matter what time of day we have had a problem with our fleet ARC has always responded and came up with a solution. We have used every available Diesel repair center in Rochester and have found a home at ARC. For the first time in my career I don’t plan on leaving. They have the best technicians and mechanics in the area and have a State of The Art Shop and to my surprise they just built a brand new facility to be able to handle more work and create more jobs for the people in our community. I recommend them to anyone.

ARC Accurate Repair Center LLC knocked it out of the park today. I showed up with a nasty radiator leak on my Freightliner Cascadia, and they squeezed me in right away. Fixed it up perfectly, super quick and solid work, plus the price was more than fair. These guys are legit lifesavers for truckers. 5 stars easy!

This shop has no experience or knowledgeable when it comes to any type of electrical, diagnostic or aftertreatment repair on heavy duty semi trucks. Any shop can change brakes and tires so if that's what you need in pinch they can probably get you in. Other then that, none of the techs there speak any English or have any schooling or training in this field. They will just throw parts at your truck while they practice and learn on it. Shop is fairly new, would not recommend wasting your time and money. Don't be fooled by their fancy marketing like i was.
