Called in let them know I had a P00072 error code on my car. Ambient temperature control. Dropped car off got a call for $575 6 hours later. Was told the bumper needed to come off blah blah blah. Purchased the repair part from dodge for $68 and replaced myself reaching my hands between the bumper and front grille. I have 0 car experience, simple YouTube video. Still charged me $185 for a diagnosis fee when I told them that’s an insane price. Beware. Pic attached of the sensor. Took two plastic pins off the top of the car, took me 14 minutes total.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last few years, and will now always bring them here. They do great work, and do not try to bury you with up sells. Just had my truck inspected and was out the door in 15 minutes. Most places would try to tell you a bunch of things you could have done and make it seem important. They will only tell you that, if it is truly important. So thank you for having integrity and honesty in a business that is lacking!

I have been going to the boulevard location for about 2 years now. I am very happy with the service, honesty, and reasonable prices at WNY One Stop. My previous experience when going to my dealership was not good. I've been going to WNY One Stop for oil changes, tire rotations, inspection, and new rear brakes. Very happy customer here. Stopped in first thing in the morning without an appointment after discovering the night before that I had a large screw in one of my tires. They were very accommodating and fixed the tire for me right then. This is the first time at this shop but it won't be my last. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

I went in for an inspection without an appointment, and they were able to fit me into their schedule, which I really appreciated. The service was very quick (about 20–30 minutes). The staff were friendly, honest, and straightforward throughout the process.
