Called in let them know I had a P00072 error code on my car. Ambient temperature control. Dropped car off got a call for $575 6 hours later. Was told the bumper needed to come off blah blah blah. Purchased the repair part from dodge for $68 and replaced myself reaching my hands between the bumper and front grille. I have 0 car experience, simple YouTube video. Still charged me $185 for a diagnosis fee when I told them that’s an insane price. Beware. Pic attached of the sensor. Took two plastic pins off the top of the car, took me 14 minutes total.

Just had my truck inspected and was out the door in 15 minutes. Most places would try to tell you a bunch of things you could have done and make it seem important. They will only tell you that, if it is truly important. So thank you for having integrity and honesty in a business that is lacking!
