I brought my daughter's car in because her wiper motor needed to be replaced at the end of the winter. Thankfully, she has an extended warranty coverage plan purchased when we bought the car that covers every little thing so we didn't even have to look at it at home because it was during a really cold week with heavy snow. Even pulling it into our own garage to work on would have been a miserable time for a repair out there. I have never been to this shop. They take the coverage, got the car in immediately, and I got the car there successfully w/o wipers (on a Fri). Matt called right away after they looked at it, it was actually an issue requiring needing to go back to GM dealership and covered under a recall type thing. I was panicking thinking they'd take forever b/c dealerships tend to. He went above and beyond and got me in the next day (*on a Sat), and it was fixed & returned to me by Sat night. Had he not made the calls and done that for me I'd still prob be waiting for it to be done with the way dealership repairs tend to go!! He was so very kind and his customer service was something I will never forget. (My daughter started a new job that Mon as well, so the timing of it was an added stressor. He really wanted to help us get it solved and he did.) Very hard to find anyone willing to go the extra mile these days and Matt sure did, so I highly recommend this place if you need them. In my opinion, that would also extend into the work performed on your vehicle by these gentlemen.

View on GoogleDespite some of the views I read I had an exceptional experience at valu from the professional call I made and spoke with Mat to bringing me vehicle in the communication through the process and picking my vehicle up. I needed frount and back brakes rotors a battery and some work with the vacuum pump. Told me maybe a couple days and by the next afternoon she was ready. I would rate 9/10. The only recommendation Iwould say for the future is maybe a shuttle to get you home and pick up your vehicle. Great experience

My fuel line was a disaster (after a failed patch job had me wasting gas), but he replaced the whole thing the same day and my car has been running perfectly ever since. My car was also double-starting, but somehow he fixed that as well! Fast, easy to work with, and the work he did on my car is truly priceless. Highly recommend!
