Such a good experience from start to finish. I called their shop to make an appointment to have my mom’s car looked at, and despite having a busy schedule, the receptionist found a way to get us into the schedule. The problem was a little tricky to diagnose, which I expected based on the intermittent issues being experienced. They called and asked follow up questions during the diagnosis process and ultimately determined the problem, and got it taken care of quickly. The price to complete the work was much less than expected. But in today’s day it’s hard to estimate pricing, with the constant price increases and inflation. My mother is very happy with the outcome, both in the cost and the way the vehicle is running now. I am happy because she is happy, and because I don’t have to try and get the same problem fixed again, because it was fixed right the first time. Thank you Ryan and team! You will be the call we make the next time we need automotive care.

Ryan and the staff at Modern Automotive are great!! It's hard for a woman to find a good mechanic that can be trusted not to over charge you for services you don't need. I would definitely recommend Modern Automotive to any one looking for a honest mechanic that listens to your concerns and do whatever it takes to troubleshoot and resolve your issues.

My dealership failed me for inspection and tried charging me $700 for something I knew I didn’t need on a brand new car. I took my car here and they passed me and I paid a total of $21. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. 10/10 experience

My experience with Modern has always been great. Ryan does an outstanding job troubleshooting the issue, and being direct about it. Definitely very honest. And the quality of the work has kept my 2004 Honda running till this day. Not much more to say other than honest and quality work.
