The worst experience getting my car inspected ,or at least attempted to.. At kings I call ahead on Saturday to see about a walk-into see about getting my inspection done and they said that they’re closing soon but to come in so I get there within the timeframe took me two minutes to get there. I’m sitting there for 20 minutes at least with nobody helping me. I’m standing in the lobby, no assistance .after at least three mechanics walk by . One of them finally decide to ask for my keys. About 5 minutes later the same person wanted me to show me my car. This person said there’s nothing wrong w my car and shows me some flap under my car that I guess needs to be fastened to the car. It looked like something cosmetic. They just needed a few snaps to hold down. I asked him is this part of the inspection he said no but I can fix this and your inspection for $45. I said no , I can get this done somewhere else for free, but I just need the inspection. This felt like an easy reach for them to try to get more money out of me for something I didn’t come, therefore that does not have anything to do with my inspection. I go back into the lobby and maybe three minutes later that same man comes to hand me my keys. I’m assuming he meant that my car was done, but he says something to me in his native language Which I didn’t understand and then he says we cannot fix your vehicle. We cannot inspect your vehicle and I’m like why this has nothing to do with the inspection at all, and then some other employee comes up to me and is yelling in my face asking what’s going on and then the man I was previously talking to ,says “I don’t even work here” and laughs he hands me my keys I’m confused cause what were you showing me under the car if you don’t work here, sir ? it’s starting to get confrontational because two men were talking to me at the same time loudly and I’m not sure what the issue was but they were saying they cannot do my inspection. Because I didn’t wanna pay to have that additional work done they were not gonna do my inspection, which makes no sense and I told them no I just want my inspection done. They told me they cannot do that to leave. I was so confused as to what was going on, I just left because none of them made sense. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. It was complete lack of customer service. I will never come back to this Shop they were rude and never did the work. I’m not sure why but I will go somewhere else gladly I never want to come back to this place. I don’t understand why my vehicle which was fine, Cannot get inspected when they had plenty of time to do so this has nothing to do with their shop closing. This was at 11:30 AM. Every employee in this facility acted weird. This was just a very uncomfortable and a waste of my time cause nothing got done and I could’ve went somewhere else within this time.

Had a great experience at Kings Total Car Care with Aymen Ibrahim working on my Audi S4. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional, and the inspection process was quick, smooth, and completely painless. They got me in and out fast while still taking the time to answer my questions and treat the car with care. It’s hard to find honest, easygoing people in the automotive world, and these guys definitely earned my trust. Would absolutely recommend Kings Total Car Care to anyone looking for quality service.

I had a great experience at King’s Total Car Care. Aymen did an excellent job replacing my brake rotors and changing my oil. The service was fast, professional, and done with real attention to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and my car feels much smoother and safer now. It was a pleasure doing business with this auto shop. This was my first time here, and I came in needing my left wheel bearing replaced. Even though the part I ordered wasn’t the correct one, they went out of their way to get the right piece the same day. They also took the time to inform me about new tires I needed and completed everything in one day. Special thanks to the mechanic for being so thorough, he didn’t just fix one issue, but did a detailed inspection of the entire car to make sure nothing was missed. My car drives so smooth now. I truly appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and great service. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care.
